Cool Things in Seoul, S. Korea
I recently returned from vacationing in Seoul. I had a great time meetingup with friends. But a special thanks has to go out to Felix and Rabea for hosting me in their home. Felix was entertaining as ever with showing me wonderful youtube videos and Rabea with making me wonderful breakfasts.
I also had a chance to dine with Udo, Bada and Dana. They took me to one of the best Korean BBQ restaurants I’ve ever been to. Trust me, I’ve been to a plenty to know the difference. I wished I would have taken photos, but I forgot.. as I was too busy enjoying my meal..yum! We ordered beef, which had been thinly sliced like carpaccio or prusciutto and marinated. They give out great side dishes along with Dwangjjang Jiguay.
Location: Nonhyeon Station (line 7, Olive Green line Exit 2). Walk straight ahead for about 5 mins, passing Starbucks Coffee. When you see Coffee Beanery across the Street (on the other side of the Street), turn left at the nearest large Street. Turn right at the 1st following street. Look for the restaurant on your right side. Restaurant is written in Korean ” Bon-ga”. I believe it ’s the 2nd or 3rd restaurant on your right.
or Take a Taxi:
Tell the driver: “Gangnam - Hansin Pocha” near NonHyeon Subway Station.

hey, i like your site. any and all directions involving “walking time” aren’t very helpful. u might want to use more concrete terms…. like cardinal directions and major landmarks….
