“The Nutcracker” will be running at Uijeongbu Arts Center on Dec 8 & 9. “The Nutcracker” is one of the most popular ballets performed during the Christmastime throughout the world. The musical is based on E.T.A. Hoffmann’s book, “The Nutcracker and the Mouse King” (1816) and accompanied music composed by none other than Peter The Great Tchaikovsky. The Universal Ballet’s version of “The Nutcracker” has been on production for the last 22 years. Admission is: R 50,000, S 35,000, A 25,000, B 15,000 won.
